Library Pumpkin Parade

Mark's school is having a pumpkin parade at the library. Children are supposed to choose a character from one of their favorite books, and with the help of a parent, create a pumpkin version of it. No carving or poking of the pumpkin is allowed, since they would otherwise rot...
We opted for sticking Mark's pumpkin into an old black sock! We then sewed the pieces (made from recycled things) onto the sock.
