Hello everyone!
Sorry that it has been so long since my Momma wrote a blog post about me... she has been busy reading boring books about world poverty for her class. I have been busy, too, getting into mischief, learning how to climb onto the couch, and getting two more teeth (fangs). Number 8 just popped through last night. And just in case my Momma and Dad were getting too much sleep (yeah right), I've started waking up at 7am, cheerful and ready to play. My Dad's comment to my Momma: "Sweetie, how on earth did we have a morning child?"

I love climbing the two steps up to the safety gate. But I have fallen off a few times lately, because I have started letting go of the railing. Boy, I tell ya. It's much harder keeping balance when you are way up high on a step!

The gkeeh is sniffing me. That feels super weird. I like imitating his sounds. He says "meow", and I follow that immediately by a surprisingly real-sounding "mow!"

I love Mr. Guin, so I am giving him a kiss. Well, it looks like that, but actually I am using my fangs to gnaw on his beak. Since I got these teeth, my Momma and Dad don't let me chew on their toes, knees or fingers any more.

You want a kiss? Here, I'll even share some of my soggy bread with you!

Wadda ya mean, you don't want me to get food on you? That's just a little bit I am saving for later on my cheeks... it will stay there.
Well, that is all for now. I am balancing precariously on the step again while my Momma is writing, so she thinks she needs to stop and check on me. My Dad took some cool pictures of me getting into the cupboards in the kitchen. As soon as he downloads those onto my Momma's laptop, she'll post them.

Hey babe, so good to see you again, though I have only looked at it four times so far today. I am wishing wishing wishing I could touch, hear, and hold you again - especially at 7AM when the world is bright and new. Granma
Hi little man. It is fun to see you testing the borders of your abilities - stairs are obviously there to be climbed, just like sofas. Your aunt Kirsten is also testing her borders by honing her driving skills, and hopes to get her license this month. Think how many friends she can spend time with then! Even more than now, if that is possible! Hanna paints halls and dorm rooms all day. She likes to spend time with her high school friends, home from college, in the evenings. And with Daniel, of course. Daniel wrote a message for Ben on top of our ceiling fan -he can read it just standing on the dining room floor. Some day you will be that tall, too!
Hey Mark,
Tell your Momma that the not-wrapped book of animal sounds is for the two of you to enjoy any time starting now. I think this is about the 4th or 5th volume in your series on this topic, but I liked the pictures and the price so I got it anyway!
