I've chased the boys with the camera a bit the past few days, so here are the results. Some of the pictures are a bit grainy or blurry - (have YOU ever tried to photograph a wiggly boy in low light??) - I hope you enjoy the pics anyway.

How can it be March already???
Today is March 1, and I am wondering, WHERE THE HECK DID FEBRUARY GO???!
I've chased the boys with the camera a bit the past few days, so here are the results. Some of the pictures are a bit grainy or blurry - (have YOU ever tried to photograph a wiggly boy in low light??) - I hope you enjoy the pics anyway.
Mark and Sean had so much fun playing in the living room together today. Mark built quite the fort around Sean out of blankets, this box, and some laundry baskets. I am pretty sure Sean had some "help" getting into this box (not sure I'm happy about that). I think this pictures should be turned on its side, so that it looks like Sean is hovering...
See? Like this!
Here are my two wonderful wonderful boys!
I'm so thankful Mark enjoys spending time with Sean.
Just for good measure, one more pic of the two in the box. Mark has had this box since Dawn and Andy got their stroller for their little daughter, almost a year ago. It is pretty torn up, but Mark loves that box, so we haven't thrown it away yet...
Sean, alone in the box/ I mean alone in the space ship.
He seemed pretty content, rolling around in that box, drooling, and saying "babababababahdadadadadadah"...
Another tent built by Mark. Yep, that is Sean, way in the back of that tent. He didn't even seem to mind that said tent kept collapsing onto him.
Sean eating some delicious tupperware.
Mark eating lunch.
Sean, in profile. Got chins?
I realize this picture is blurry, but I really love how it caught Sean's joy and delight at discovering that Mark was peeking down at him from the bed.
Mark snuggling in our bed.
My big boy Mark - we sign him up for school this year!

...Sean too.
Since the last post featured Mark and Holden, Sean gets his own post, too. I took some pictures of him while he was spinning himself around on our dining room floor earlier today. He is getting pretty good at scooting around on the wooden floors in the house. On the carpet, he still rolls everywhere though.
Sean's biggest new skill is his ability to say "bababababah" and "mamamamamah" - not at anything specific yet, but he carries on long, in depth conversations with himself trying out these new sounds, in addition to his usual coos, hoots, and hollers.

I've also started re-introducing small amounts of dairy into my diet (for those of you who didn't know, Sean is sensitive to dairy, so if I ate even tiny amounts of dairy, he used to be up all night crying...). I can get away with having VERY SMALL amounts of dairy now; he still gets gassier than usual, but it doesn't keep him up. Interestingly, I feel better now myself if I don't have dairy. I wonder if I wasn't aware of having a sensitivity, or if my body just has to get used to digesting dairy again?
Sean has his 6-month doc appointment on March 10th, after which we will start introducing some pureed veggies to his diet. As of right now, he is still 100% breastfed.

Zoo trip w/ Erin and Holden
I apologize for not posting for a while! We've been busy, but are doing well. Mark is sick w/ some cough + body ache bug, but is on the mend.
We went to the Oregon Zoo this Monday, and had a blast! Mark's favorites are still the crocodiles... no pics of that though because I nursed Sean in the croc house. Mark and Holden had so much fun looking at the animals. Sean slept in his mayan wrap most of the time. He thought the orangutans were somewhat interesting, liked the fish, but nothing could compete with the amazingly interesting ceiling fans! No pics of Sean, sorry... he was attached to me.

Playing catch-up
It has been a busy (but good) week, and I have some pictures that are worth posting!
First, here is Ben's brother Rob and his lovely fiancée Katie. Congratulations, you guys, and welcome to the family, Katie! (And yes, there will indeed be 2 Katie Bradleys in our family soon)
As mentioned earlier, we had a wonderful visit with my cousin Tim and his wife Jessica - we had such a good time that I completely forgot to take pictures! Jessica took a few, however, and so I am "borrowing" them from her blog.
Sean is starting to out-grow his cradle. We'll move him to his crib in Mark's room next month! (picture by Jessica)
Mark and Tim hit it off right away. (pic by Jessica)
They became instant buddies! (pic by Jessica)
I think Tim will be a wonderful Dad! (pic by Jessica)
Ok, back to my own pictures now. I took this picture of Sean while he was rolling all over the floor, playing.
Mark, caught in a photo sneak attack during a play-nap.
Mark, posing with one of his nerf guns...
Sean, beaming at me because he rolled from the bedroom into the bathroom all by himself.

Swim lessons!!!
Grandma gave Mark swim lessons for his birthday last year, which I finally signed him up for. Today was Mark's first day, and although he was a little nervous at first, he had a lot of fun. Please excuse how blurry the pics are, they were taken through a steamy glass window...
...meeting our instructor
...showing how to hold your arms when you jump in
...free-play at the end.
And here is Sean, playing with some favorite toys

Superbowl Sunday
We had a wonderful weekend visit from my cousin Tim Rumely and his wife Jessica - we had such a good time that we forgot to take pictures!
In the afternoon Ben and Mark watched part of the Superbowl while Sean looked at/gnawed on a book.
Look who got to snooze with Momma in the morning before church.

Mark reading a secret note
Mark and I have invented a new game: I write him notes and leave them in places for him to find and read. :o) Here is an excerpt of Mark reading one of the notes. To see the full version, you'll have to look on Facebook, blogger wouldn't accept the large file.

Sean vs the furniture
Sean rolls and rolls, but he often isn't very purposeful about which direction he rolls in...
I recorded a video of Sean rolling around the floor... I need to trim it to a smaller size, and will then upload it.
Sean is getting pretty strong, he can push himself up really well. He looks a little like a curious turtle when he does this...
...then you blink, and the next thing you know, Sean is 3 ft to the left, up against the legs of a chair.
He is able to scoot backwards, unfortunately this is usually AWAY from where he WANTS to go (in this case he was aiming for his rattle).
This makes him sad.
